Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Whirlpool, a leading home appliance manufacturer, is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and order processing. - Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize CRM system to accurately document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions. - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Confident and resourceful personality traits. - Strong cooperation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
