Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing accurate information about our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong teamwork and project management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
