Remote Customer Care Assistant

Parkable is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This is a part-time position at Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently via email, phone, and chat. 2. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Assist with team training and development initiatives. 7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong leadership and creativity soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
