Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Western Digital is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Updating customer records and information in the database - Assisting in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
