Job Description:


Jones Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a confident and adaptable personality. They should also have strong analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to all clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account maintenance and troubleshooting - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
