Customer Care Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Care Associate at Sonic Automotive in Auckland, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing our brand in a professional and courteous manner. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are hardworking, driven, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback - Working towards individual and team performance goals - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate solutions effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent
