Customer Care Associate

Job Description: Owens & Minor is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and possess strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team - Ability to navigate change and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly - Must be resourceful, motivated, and have a high level of emotional intelligence
