Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals who are driven and confident in their abilities. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner -Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and issue resolution -Educate customers on the services and products offered by Northwestern Mutual -Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction -Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions -Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service
