Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

HP is seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Care Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, however, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Update and maintain customer records in the company database. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to find innovative solutions. 7. Positive attitude and a willingness to cooperate with team members. 8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
