Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Williams is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage customer interactions - Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be reliable and able to work independently - No experience required, training will be provided - Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Soft Skills: - People management: Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts - Decision-making: Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions quickly
