Job Description - Customer Care Manager


Job Description: As a Customer Care Manager at Owens-Illinois in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for managing customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or account management role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer care processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Train and mentor customer care representatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
