Job Description:
Newmont Mining is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, New Zealand. This is a part-time position that requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and workflows. 3. Monitor customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and work towards resolving them effectively. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Ensure that customer care goals are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Dedicated and adaptable personality traits. 6. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 7. Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.
