Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

TIAA is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and management roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and guidance to the customer care team - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Track and report key performance metrics to senior management

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successful customer service management - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
