Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Care Manager at Univar in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service delivery - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Training and guiding customer care representatives to enhance service quality - Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies to improve them

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management systems - Experience in a customer service or related role - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
