Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Auckland, NZ, and offers the flexibility of working from home. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer care management.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the customer care team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer care team members to enhance their performance - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators to track and report on customer care performance


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer care management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and planning skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
