Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

BB&T Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This includes handling escalated customer inquiries, monitoring team performance, and developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives and provide leadership and mentorship - Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong analytical and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
