Customer Care Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team at WestRock in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Customer Care Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and coordinating shipments with the logistics team - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: hardworking and motivated. In addition, strong presentation and communication skills are essential soft skills required for this position.
