Job Description - Customer Care Officer


Job Description:


LifePoint Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Officer in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Manage a high volume of customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Experience in people management and cooperation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software


Personality Traits: - Passionate about helping others and providing excellent service - Independent and proactive in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues


Soft Skills: - Strong people management skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and other departments
