Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an entry-level position, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, independent, detail-oriented, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide information about products and services, process orders, and assist with problem resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all inquiries are documented and tracked - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures - Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to customer service - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required
