Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
