Job Description: Baxter International is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The successful candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess strong analytical skills, and be skilled in negotiation.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, updating information, and providing product information. - Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions and maintain positive relationships. - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on problem-solving. - Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer care department.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. - Resourceful and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
