Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team at Alcoa in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Identify and escalate any issues that require further attention - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer care strategies - Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Motivated and confident with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
