Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is work-from-home, allowing for flexibility and convenience for the ideal candidate. As an Associate Level professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general support issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to help improve customer service processes. 7. Assist in special projects or initiatives as needed. 8. Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Independent and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
