Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job description:

As a Customer Care Officer at Cummins, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions - Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of energy while working independently from home

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits to excel in a remote work environment - Strong soft skills including critical thinking and teamwork to provide effective customer support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
