Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Gallagher Group is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 4. Plan and schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer behavior. 4. Effective planning and organization skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
