Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

SanDisk, a global leader in flash memory storage solutions, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to work from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with excellent people management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
