Job Description:


3M is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This position is a part-time, entry-level role with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong planning and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
