Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at The Warehouse Group in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at an entry-level seniority, with 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions to their problems - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements: - Passionate about helping others and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in the face of challenging customer interactions and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Basic project management skills to track and prioritize customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
