Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Enlighten Designs is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires someone who is resourceful, driven, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with customer retention strategies and initiatives - Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resourceful and driven individual - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
