Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation for follow-up and tracking. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Act as a brand ambassador for O’Reilly Automotive, promoting our products and services to customers.


Requirements: - Confident and driven personality traits to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. - Strong leadership and negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent.
