Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Loews is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our company.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the CRM system - Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries - Act as a brand ambassador by representing Loews in a positive light at all times - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer feedback to management


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers - Excellent presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively - Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service tools - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
