Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Monsanto in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the customer care industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Creative problem-solving skills. 5. Demonstrated leadership abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
