Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Mohawk Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are independent, dedicated, innovative, and thrive in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
