Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: Beca Group is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and chat - Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures - Assist in creating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong analytical and negotiation skills
