Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Airgas is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer care or related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate and resourceful individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent planning and research skills to effectively address customer needs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
