Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Praxair is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. 5. Strong project management abilities and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
