Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Danaher is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the Wellington, NZ area.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong innovation skills to think outside the box and provide creative solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
