Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, have attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and provide information about our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and willing to learn new skills - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
