Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant at US Foods Holding in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and strategically - Demonstrated experience in customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
