Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Ambit AI is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with order processing, tracking, and shipping - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight - Leadership skills to take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution
