Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Calpine in Nelson, NZ. As an entry-level position, no experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers to ensure excellent service delivery. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
