Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Southern in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position with great opportunities for training and professional development.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, and via email. - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases. - Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. - Assist with inventory management and restocking products. - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
