Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Dana Holding is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts - High school diploma or equivalent
