Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team at Xero in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and technical support - Manage customer accounts and update records as needed - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong strategic planning skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours
