Job Description:
Cisco Systems is looking for a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with order processing. 3. Building rapport with customers and ensuring a positive customer experience. 4. Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office programs. 6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
