Job Description - Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


HD Supply Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service and is perfect for energetic and passionate individuals who are eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, orders, and deliveries - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns - Use project management skills to prioritize and organize workload - Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries - Maintain customer records and data in the company’s CRM system - Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Energetic and passionate personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
