Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Cin7 is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Service Associate at Cin7, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role is part-time at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously seeking to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. 5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
