Shuttlerock is seeking a confident and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Customer Service Associate at Shuttlerock, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Processing orders and updating customer accounts - Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Conducting research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Providing leadership within the customer service team to drive efficiency and effectiveness
