Job Description:
Symantec is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. The Customer Service Associate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay current on Symantec products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with sales inquiries and promote additional products or services when appropriate. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues. 4. Experience with people management and conflict resolution. 5. Independent and reliable work ethic with the ability to work autonomously. 6. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes quickly. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
