Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a motivated and independent personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 3. Process orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 6. Maintain customer records and documentation. 7. Assist with inventory management and restocking products. 8. Use creativity and planning skills to suggest improvements in customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and independent personality traits. 4. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 6. Creativity and planning skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
